English 11

English 11 students use American Literature to define and analyze the “American dream” and the “American Experience”. Emphasis is placed on writing as a process and students will write multi-draft literary analysis and expository essays and a major research paper. In addition to the study of American Literature, English 11 students will refine their research, vocabulary, collaboration, and oral communication skills.
