ROP Video Production

Video Production is a year-long course in which students will learn the foundations of video production: developing an idea or story, pre-production planning, video photography, lighting, and basic sound, and digital post-production using video editing software. Students will learn to evaluate film and videos, will learn essential knowledge of copyright laws as they pertain to video production and ethical issues in media, and will learn to create a variety of published video projects This class may be repeated with instructor approval *Articulation agreement with Mission for college credit *Video Production classes count towards Practical or Fine Arts credits
