Music Genesis

This is a class that will introduce you to many concepts of music using technology as a tool to create and explore! You will hear music in a new way after taking this course. You will also be challenged to learn and develop musical skills you may have never used before. This course is open to all students interested in the basic elements and concepts of music through the study of Rock, Jazz and Classical music. No previous musical knowledge is required. Class content is based on listening and music videos. Music Genesis covers the elements and concepts of music (beginning piano lessons), an overview of music history and famous composers and styles of music.
